Confidentiality and Data Protection. CYT commits itself to protect the confidentiality of all confidential information of the client that is made available to CYT in the context of its activities on client’s premises, whether this information relates to internal matters of client or to its business relations. This also applies to the verbal and written results of the assessment. CYT will disclose confidential information to third parties only with the written authorization of client.
